BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
(serves 6 - I doubled this)


2 10-oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup. grated cheddar cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 2-oz. jar pimientos (optional)
Cheez-its, crushed

Cook broccoli as directed and drain.  Combine all other ingredients except Cheez-its; then mix in broccoli.  Put into casserole and sprinkle crushed Cheez-its on top.  Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
