COPPER PENNIES


2 lbs. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato bisque soup
Salt and pepper to taste

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS in glass casserole. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
