CORN DIP
1 can mexicorn (drained)
1 can shoe peg corn (drained)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 can diced ortega chilis (mild)
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Stir together and refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving.
The chips that go the best with it are Fritos scoops.
