(Makes 40 pinwheels)
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup green onions, sliced thinly
6 oz. dried cranberries
4 10” flour tortillas, lavash bread or other wrap
Mix together cream cheese, feta cheese, green onion and cranberries.
Spread ¼ of the mixture onto each 10” tortilla.
Tightly roll up each tortilla, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
(This can be done one day in advance.)
Slice about 1” off each end to get a smooth edge. Cut each roll into 10 slices.
