CREAMY CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD


(I doubled this recipe)


2 pkg. grilled chicken breast strips
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp raisins (I used grapes instead)
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix well, cover and refrigerate. Serve over lettuce or in pitas or on crackers.
