MANGO SALSA


2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 mangos, diced
1/4 cup red onion or shallots, finely diced
Fresh chili, seeded and finely diced. Type and amount dependent on amount of spice you want (I used 1/2 of a lg. Fresno chili)
2 Tbsp. orange juice

Mix together about an hour before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste just before serving.
