PEA SALAD

 

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup frozen peas (Vicky used almost 2 cups)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. crumbled bacon (Vicky used 5 Tbsp)
 

RECIPE DIRECTIONS
Tear lettuce into small pieces.
Layer lettuce, celery, onions, and peas on top of lettuce.
Mix sugar and mayonnaise. Carefully spread over peas.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon over all.
Chill 2 hours.

WHAT VICKY DID
Chop lettuce into small pieces.
Mix sugar and mayonnaise together. Add celery, onions, and peas, and mix everything together.
Add peas mixture to lettuce and fold in gently.
Add bacon and cheese.
Chill for 1 hour.
