SHRIMP BORDELAISE


1/2 lb. shrimp
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp flour
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup vermouth
Salt to taste

Lightly flour shrimp
Saute shrimp for 2 minutes in butter and olive oil over high heat
Add chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds or so
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes
Open mouth, insert shrimp and ENJOY!
