SNOWY MASHED POTATOES

Mash together until smooth:

4 lbs. potatoes (12 medium)

1 8-oz. cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 clove garlic - powdered

Add:

1/4 cup chives

1/2 tsp. paprika

1 Tbsp. butter

Spoon into 10-cup baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika (around edges lightly) and dot with butter (4 or 5 pats).
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
