SPINACH SALAD
with Maple Syrup Dressing
(Recipe tripled for a group of 10)
DRESSING (shake in a jar and refrigerate):
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/4 cup white balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of salt
ADD TO SPINACH AND TOSS:
Crisp bacon
Crunchy walnuts
Coarse black pepper
1/2 cup red onion
1 bell pepper (optional)
1/2 cup crumbled feta or gorgonzola cheese
1-2 pears
