SPINACH/BASIL SALAD

6 cups spinach
2 cups basil
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup pine nuts
4 oz. Prosciutto (cut into smaller pieces, fat removed)
Salt and Pepper
3/4 cup Parmesan

Cook garlic, pine nuts, and prosciutto in olive oil until pine nuts are browned.
Add to spinach and basil.
Add salt and pepper and Parmesan.
