VEGGIE LASAGNA

24 oz small curd cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp salt
2-10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 oz lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
12 oz Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated

In one bowl mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley and 1/4 t salt. Put broccoli in another bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 t salt and garlic powder. In a rectangular ungreased pyrex dish, layer noodles, cottage cheese mix, broccoli and 2 grated cheeses. Do 2 times and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
